WE MAKE A FULL-INDUSTRY DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
We make full-industry design concepts, construction designs, technical designs, detailed designs, workshop designs, along with additional studies, such as geotechnical tests, maps for design purposes, technical expertise. We represent the Investor before individual public administration bodies. We carry out procedures for obtaining a building permit.
WE SUPPORT INVESTORS FOR CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
We act as a project integrator for multidisciplinary tasks. We manage and we coordinate the work of Land Developers, General Contractors, Technologists and Designers. In the design and build formula, we manage the contract by coordinating and integrating the individual competences of the members of the construction process, all subsidiaries associated under a common agenda.
WE SUPPORT CUSTOMERS IN THE FIELD OF SUBSTITUTE INVESTOR, INVESTOR SUPERVISIONS
For the investment implementation stage, we conduct broadly understood investor supervision, the so-called substitute investment. We take care of the timeliness of the investment. We verify technical solutions and the materials used. We prepare reports on the progress of works, the type of quantity and quality of works related to the maintenance of the technical standards of the facility adopted by the Investor. We control the work and obligations of the General Contractor.
